How Long Will it Take to Get My Order?

Our orders are processed and shipped from the USA, so it usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. When your order ships, you will be forwarded a tracking email so you will know exactly when your order will arrive.

What's the Procedure for Returning a Product?

If you are unhappy or have an issue with any of our products, just contact us and we’ll make it right. You can either have the item replaced or receive a full refund, whichever you prefer. You can email us support@americanproudgear.com and we’ll take care of everything for you.

I Ordered the Wrong Size, Can I Change My Order?

Yes you can, but you need to be quick. Once your order is being printed, we unfortunately cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP or reach us us at (800) 921-7840 or emails us at support@americanproudgear.com.

I Changed My Mind, Can I Still Cancel My Order?

No problem! Orders for home products can be canceled at any time prior to shipping. For clothing products, as long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in print' we cannot cancel anymore since it is already being made. To cancel your order, contact us on (800) 921-7840 or emails us at support@americanproudgear.com.
